Goodman - Armstrong Creek School District was honored to be presented a United States Flag for our work in embracing Americanism and promoting Patriotism. The American flag is always flying in front of the school and the pledge of allegiance is said by all the students at the beginning of every school day and before all sporting events. Pictured is Barbara Squires, Senior Vice President, VFWA #7444, as she presents the flag to Jason Slawinski, science teacher and Iraq war veteran, and Amy Wysocki, Superintendent, whose grandfathers both served in the Navy during WWII.

Its such a great feeling to have such positive support from community members. I walked in to find three donations for this school year. First a shout out to the Smith brothers, Craig donated electrical supplies, and Mike donated safety equipment for the Tech Ed students. Rick Newtols heard we were having Autobody class and so he donated air tools that will come in very handy. If you see them around town, thank them for supporting the future of our students.

Graduate Josh Knutson went to Lambeau Field to celebrate being the Best of the Class of 2025. This year marks the 25th year since FOX 11 began this program. This is recognize the area's top students and their achievement in education.
The 30 minute special of the 25th annual Best of the Class airs Friday, June 13th at 9:30 pm on FOX 11.
