What is it?
Early Childhood Screening is an opportunity for you to learn more about
your child’s development while our early childhood educators work with you
and your child. Any child in our district who will turn 3 by September 1 st is
eligible to be screened. Registration will be available for children who will
be age 4 or 5 by September 1 st 2024 and eligible for the 4K or 5K programs
at Goodman-Armstrong Creek Elementary School.
What will I learn?
Discover if your child’s development is on-track; learn how to encourage
your child’s learning through everyday experiences and play; gather helpful
parenting tips.
How will my child participate?
Children will play! Early childhood professionals will assess your child in a
play-based setting. You will be given a questionnaire to fill out prior to
attendance to assist staff in their assessment.
